  • Drawing and Designing of geometrical or abstract shapes & patterns in pencil
  • Creating 2D and 3D compositions using given shapes and forms
  • Sketching of activities from memory of urban scenes
  • Generation of Plan
  • Transformation of forms both 2D and 3D union
  • Elevation and 3D views of objects rotation
  • Development of Surfaces and Volumes

JEE Main Paper 2 Exam Pattern 2020

Mode of Exam: 

The aptitude test and mathematics test is conducted online and the drawing test is a pen-paper test conducted offline. 

Duration: 

  • 3 hours

  • Gujarati (only candidates’ from Gujarat, Daman & Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli)

Questions Per Section: 

  • Total no. of questions: 77
  • Mathematics: 25 (20 MCQs and 5 numerical) 
  • General Aptitude: 50 MCQ questions 
  • Drawing: 2 questions 

Marking System:

  • Total Marks: 400
  • MCQs: 4 marks will be awarded to every right answer and 1 mark will be deducated for every wrong answer 
  • Numerical Value: 4 marks will be awarded for every right answer. No negative marking is done 
  • Drawing Test: 100 marks are divided between 2 questions and the candidate will be scored based on their drawing and sketching skills 

How to Check JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 Result

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the JEE Main Paper 2 2020 results for B.Arch on September 18th. To check your result, you should follow the steps given below: 

  • Visit the official website of JEE Main 2020 (jeemain.nta.nic.in)
  • Click on the official result link
  • Provide your JEE Main 2020 application number and date of birth
  • Click on “Submit”
  • The result will be displayed on the screen

It is recommended that you should download the result and take a print of the result for future reference.
