Shefali is an Entrepreneur and the Co-founder of IID. She has been working towards achieving her dream of spreading quality education through her ideology "One must be ready to unlearn to learn much more". Backed with graduate and post graduate degrees in Architecture and Landscape Architecture, she has a keen eye for details and spots problems and patterns at a micro and macro scale, which enables her to design solutions which are simple and effective.Using innovative strategies, she has done away with conducting monotonous lectures. The lectures have a varied approach of being conducted in class, gardens, road sides, etc. This approach helps in opening up the minds of future designers and architects. By adopting such techniques, students learn through the system they become self learners and good thinkers.

• She had worked in top-most real estate firms like Ansal API, NMP Design, Integral Designs, Delhi’ and KDP Mumbai.
• Started her own firm in Landscape Architecture and executed quite a few projects in India and Africa.
• Presently associated as visiting faculty in following colleges in Pune: D.Y.Patil -Ambi, BNCA and Symbiosis school of Design.
• Her passion for teaching has resulted in the ‘Ideaa Institute of Design’.
