Restaurant-Uttam Bhoj:

Uttam Bhoj is based in Jalgaon serving authentic Rajasthani food. It was a start-up by Nirmal Arora, a chef by profession. Having a experience of working in UK, he decided to start his own venture in Jalgaon- his home town. Since inception it has maintained its high standards successfully completing 10 years of business.

Branding Philosophy by IID:

Returning back to his roots and starting his own venture, Nirmal was very clear about following rich history of India. Serving the best food in the best possible way was the simple context. Keeping this in mind, we decided to name it as” the best, i.e Uttam”. Serving the best food in town, the name “Uttam Bhoj” word was conceived. The ideology of using Hindi for designing the logo, was to be able to connect to the locals better. Keeping it bold to signify the richness that our culture and Rajasthani food has, use of warm colours has been done to enrich the feeling of warmth, affection.
